Free parking on site in Bibra Lake Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment from advertising to job offer across a range of underground mining roles (trades, operators, technical staff) Provide support regarding the white-collar recruitment as needed Provide support for onboarding processes Partner with hiring managers and site teams to understand workforce needs Drive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market Build and maintain talent pipelines for future project needs Provide general administrative and operational HR support as needed Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure best HR practices Selection Criteria Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment (essential) Experience in underground mining or trades recruitment (highly desirable but not essential) Exceptionally organised and able to manage competing priorities with ease Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Confident working autonomously as needed Ability to adapt to change and strong focus on continuous improvement A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must have Permanent work rights in Australia (Australian PR or citizen) If you are interested in this role, please apply with your resume including a cover letter outlining why you are interested in this role and how you meet the selection criteria.
