Job Info Location: DUBBO, NSW Salary: Above Award Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Locations: Dubbo NSW | Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week) Salary: From $76,515 (depending on experience) Employer: Vantage Education Pty Ltd About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our growing group of early childhood education centres across regional New South Wales. This is a genuine, ongoing full-time role responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for children in accordance with childcare nutrition guidelines, food safety standards, and centre policies. The successful candidate may be placed at any of our regional centres listed above, depending on operational needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily meals and snacks for children aged 0–5 years Plan menus aligned with Australian Dietary Guidelines and early childhood nutrition standards Cater for allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards and local council regulations Manage food ordering, storage, stock rotation, and waste control Work collaboratively with educators and centre management teams Skills and Experience Required Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Cook.
