We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Hospitality, Retail & Services Managers to join their team in Griffith NSW. This role will suit a highly motivated, operations focused applicant who has completed LTS as a minimum has the skills to motivate a team and whilst being a professional employee but also having great fun along the way! Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future. Duties and Responsibilities: Shift Management including training Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities. Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work. Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures. Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities Ability to achieve financial budgets. Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
