PEER is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that enhance workforce capability, employee engagement, organisational culture, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives. Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and workplace issues. Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams. Lead organisational development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives. Support change management and workforce planning activities. Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. Drive continuous improvement across People & Culture systems and processes. About You Significant experience in a senior HR or People & Culture Business Partner role. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations. Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters. Strong leadership coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in organisational development and change management. Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations, Psychology, or a related field Why PEER?
