Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Carpenter with an interest in the sauna industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, experience in construction & renovation projects, and a passion for delivering high-quality custom builds. Key Responsibilities Construct and install custom-built saunas (indoor and outdoor) Perform framing, insulation, paneling, and finish carpentry Install sauna benches, doors, heaters, and accessories Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Work with electrical and plumbing subcontractors when required Ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or similar trade Minimum 5-10 years of carpentry experience required Ability to use power tools and woodworking machinery safely Strong understanding of building materials and techniques Willingness to travel statewide from time to time Ability to read technical drawings and plans Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have Australian work authorisation Certificate III in Carpentry qualification required White Card required before starting Preferred: Experience with high end finishing Willingness to perform multiple skills outside of wood work when required.
