An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join one of Australia's most recognised retail businesses during a period of significant transformation. Working within a high-performing commercial finance team, you will partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse and complex portfolio, providing the financial insights and commercial guidance required to drive performance, influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives. This role sits at the centre of a major business transformation program, offering exposure to senior leadership, complex commercial challenges and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to drive sales, profitability and business performance Deliver meaningful commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and cost optimisation across the portfolio Support business planning, forecasting and performance reporting activities Lead financial analysis for key projects, initiatives and investment decisions Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification and continuous improvement Support the integration of offshore commercial finance resources and contribute to the transition of the future operating model About You You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys influencing outcomes through data-driven insights.
