This program will deliver enterprise information management uplift across multiple domains, including records management, governance, migration, adoption and compliance initiatives. The core technology platform is already in place, with the focus now on delivery execution through to key June 2027 milestones. Responsibilities Manage the integrated program schedule and critical path Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors and internal teams Track dependencies, risks, issues and delivery milestones Lead weekly delivery cadence and project governance activities Prepare executive reporting, stage gate papers and steering committee inputs Ensure delivery readiness across migration, adoption and operational transition activities Required Experience Proven Project Manager experience delivering complex enterprise programs Strong project controls experience across scope, schedule, risk, change and reporting PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent Jira experience Government or large enterprise delivery experience Experience managing multi stream programs with fixed deadlines Highly Regarded Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Records365 / RecordPoint Orchestry Information governance Records management IRAP related environments Queensland Government delivery frameworks Change management exposure What's on Offer Long term contract opportunity Major enterprise transformation program Brisbane CBD location High profile government initiative with strong extension potential If you're an experienced Project Manager with a background in enterprise information management, digital workplace or governance focused programs, we'd love to hear from you.
