Key responsibilities; Payroll End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll (~160 employees across a 24/7 rostered workforce) Review and reconcile timesheets, roster interfaces and payroll variances Maintain employee records, contracts, salary packaging and entitlements Ensure compliance across EBAs, legislation, super, reporting and year-end HR Administration Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records Monitor compliance (police checks, registrations, working rights) Support managers with probation, reviews and employee queries Maintain HR data, reporting, policies and documentation About you Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a complex, rostered environment Strong knowledge of Awards, EBAs and compliance High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement Solutions-focused with a mindset for continuous improvement Strong systems and Excel capability Experience across both payroll and HR administration What’s in it for you 3-days (Mon–Wed) $100K super (pro rata) Full salary packaging benefits On-site secure parking & your own office Modern, newly built facilities Supportive Manager with back-up coverage in place Collaborative, improvement-focused culture A collaborative, inclusive culture where ideas and improvements are welcomed If you’re looking for a flexible, purpose-driven role with real ownership, this is one not to miss.
