Our Vision “To facilitate and promote the inclusion and mutual responsibility of people with support needs within their chosen community.” About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting participants to live life their way. Every day looks different, but your role may include: Supporting with personal care, meal preparation, daily routines, and household tasks Encouraging independence and helping participants work towards their individual goals Supporting community access, social outings, and meaningful activities Creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where participants feel heard and supported Building genuine connections with participants, families, and the wider community Maintaining accurate documentation and participant records What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who genuinely care about others and align with the values that guide everything we do care, connection, empowerment, inclusion, and integrity. You’ll ideally have: Experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar support role A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Essential Requirements Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain Completion of NDIS Commission Modules Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance Smartphone access Why Join Quality Lifestyle Support?
