Qualifications & experience Must have previous experience in General Practice Current AHPRA registration Experience and knowledge of Care Plans and Health Assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Best Practice Software preferred but not essential Tasks & responsibilities Expected to work 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday Triage and Assessment of Patients Immunisations Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans and Health Assessments) Infusions (preferred) Wound management Cervical Screening Test (preferred) Maintain Recall and Reminder System Cold Chain Management General Treatment Room Procedures (e.g. ECG, Dressings, Removal of Sutures, Ear Syringe, Spirometry)
