Due to continued growth across New South Wales, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Traffic Management Trainer & Assessor to deliver SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Training programs, including: RIISS00054 Traffic Controller Skill Set (TCR) RIISS00055 Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set (IMP) This role offers flexibility, competitive rates, and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of traffic management professionals. About the Role You will be responsible for: Delivering engaging classroom and practical traffic management training Conducting assessments in accordance with the training package and SafeWork NSW requirements Completing student documentation and assessment records Maintaining compliance with ASQA and SafeWork NSW requirements Participating in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities Supporting learners throughout their training journey Essential Requirements To be considered, applicants must hold: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Current NSW Traffic Control qualifications and industry experience Demonstrated experience in Traffic Control and Traffic Management operations Current Driver's Licence Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to travel when required Interested in Becoming a Traffic Management Trainer? To become a Traffic Management Trainer in NSW, candidates will generally need: Significant recent industry experience in traffic control and/or traffic management Relevant Traffic Control Work Training qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) The ability to meet SafeWork NSW trainer approval requirements through an approved RTO If you have extensive field experience and a passion for mentoring others, ACTA Group may be able to assist the right candidate in developing the training and assessment qualifications required for the role.
