AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with major growth plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara and are now preparing to ramp up operations at the Nullagine Gold Project. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand new operation from day one and play a key leadership role in establishing a safe, efficient and high performing processing plant. FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster, this newly created role will suit an experienced gold processing professional who thrives in hands on leadership and operational excellence. About the Role The Process Shift Supervisor is responsible for optimising fixed plant performance by coordinating processing operations and leading the Process Team to safely operate all plant components in a productive and cost-effective manner. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and supervise processing plant operations across Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Flotation, Elution, Gravity, Gold Room, TSF and water services Drive safe, efficient and cost-effective plant performance in line with production targets Coordinate and mentor the Process Team, providing hands-on leadership and performance management Liaise closely with Metallurgy, Gold Room and Training teams to ensure operational targets and competencies are met Monitor plant performance, ROM stockpiles, water usage and tailings systems Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost minimisation initiatives Review production variances and take action to minimise downtime Oversee minor maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting of maintenance requirements Ensure accurate plant reporting, inspections and effective shift handovers Respond effectively to operational upsets, emergency shutdowns and power failures About You To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical knowledge, proven leadership capability and extensive gold processing experience.
