About the Role Working alongside our doctors and another part-time Registered Nurse, you will: · Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to patients · Support the efficient operation of the treatment room · Contribute to a positive patient experience · Work collaboratively within a supportive healthcare team Key Responsibilities · General clinical nursing duties · ECGs and Spirometry · Health Assessments and Care Plans · Wound Management · Iron Infusions · Immunisations · Treatment Room coordination · Stock Control and ordering · Sterilisation and management of medical instruments · Cold Chain Management · Patient recalls and follow-up activities Essential Requirements · Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA · Current CPR Certificate · Strong communication and organisational skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Desirable Skills and Experience · Previous General Practice nursing experience · Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) certification · Experience using Best Practice Software · Cannulation skills (desirable but not essential) · Ear Syringing (desirable but not essential) · Cervical Screening (desirable but not essential) What We Offer · Competitive rate of $45 per hour plus superannuation · Supportive and collaborative workplace culture · Opportunity for ongoing professional development · Modern, well-equipped practice environment · Meaningful work supporting the local community Ideal For This role would suit an experienced Practice Nurse / Registered Nurse returning to the workforce, or someone seeking reduced hours while remaining engaged in a rewarding healthcare career.
