As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Client Services & Marketing Coordinator to support both our lending and marketing teams. You'll play an important role in supporting our brokers while also helping create content and maintain our online presence. We're ideally looking for someone who sees themselves building a long-term career in operations, administration, client services, or marketing, rather than pursuing a future as a mortgage broker. About the Role This role is split between client services and marketing support responsibilities. Client Services Responsibilities Managing client communications and providing regular updates throughout the loan process Assisting brokers with preparing loan applications and supporting documentation Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties Collecting and organising client documents in line with compliance requirements Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth client experience Marketing Responsibilities Assisting with social media content creation across various platforms Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities Supporting the creation of videos, graphics, and other digital content Assisting with website updates and online marketing initiatives Working closely with our Marketing Manager on brand and engagement activities About You We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including administration, customer service, banking, finance, marketing, or recent graduates looking to build a career.
