Diggers The Entrance located on the Central Coast overlooking Tuggerah Lakes. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality & Function Supervisor for our Outside In Kitchen | Cafe. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is confident, vibrant and committed to providing GREAT customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE must be your PASSION, and not just your job! The Hospitality & Function Supervisor will have a leading role in the day to day operations of the dining precinct by overseeing the customer experience, ensuring service standards and steps of service are met through all guest’s interactions at the highest level. Diggers ideal candidates possess the following skills & experience: A self-motivated, passionate and focused individual Be a positive team leader who leads by example with a positive "can do" attitude and a friendly outgoing personality A high standard of personal presentation and exceptional attention to detail Previous supervisory experience in a large, high volume and fast paced food & beverage operations with a strong hospitality track record The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Effectively co-ordinate and conduct staff training to ensure the highest standard of service skills and product knowledge Ability to set-up systems and procedures for customer service staff Effective communication skills both written and verbal Attend to guests needs in a timely manner and remain positive when resolving customer complaints Have full availability & flexibility to work varied rostered shifts that include day, night, weekend & Public Holiday shifts Possess current RSA Competency Card Monitor service delivery on the floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a strong guest experience. Maintain a proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
