About the Role As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Department to produce high‑quality, on‑brand creative assets that support marketing, product development, and business growth. This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same — from designing websites and social content to producing catalogues, promotional designs, signage, and product lookbooks. What You’ll Be Doing Designing a wide range of digital and print materials including website content, email newsletters, banners, GIFs, brochures, signage, spec sheets and social media graphics. Creating engaging, original designs that elevate our brand and support marketing campaigns. Producing digital product lookbooks, catalogues and sell sheets. Collaborating with Client & Business Development Managers to develop creative content for tenders and proposals. Preparing digital assets for print, web, clothing and documentation. ·Capturing and editing product photography and video for marketing use. Ensuring confidentiality, security and IP obligations are upheld. Contributing to general office tidiness and supporting administrative needs as required. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience. Strong background in marketing design, branding, website design, packaging and multimedia. Please provide a link to your design portfolio showcasing examples of digital and print work. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to balance creative flair with technical accuracy. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Initiative, ownership and the confidence to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Must be and remain eligible for and maintain appropriate permits/licenses which are required by the company and its clients. Additionally, the incumbent must be and remain able to qualify for Australian Federal/Defence Security Clearance; must also be an acceptable person and qualify for employment in an ITAR registered company and must undertake training and keep current of the requirements of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) from the United States of America.
