Permanent Part-Time Warehouse & Job Pack Coordinator Location: Helensvale Hours: Casual 8-week contract (approx. 15–25 hrs/week, flexible) Start: Immediate Pay: $35-$40/hr super (depending on experience) About the Role Sunshine State Solar & Electrical is seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse & Job Pack Coordinator to take full ownership of our Helensvale warehouse. This is a permanent part-time position, ideal for someone wanting long-term stability, structured work, and a hands-on role supporting a busy solar installation team. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organised, fully stocked warehouse Prepare and pack job materials for installation teams daily Receive, check and process all deliveries Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Organise shelves, consumables, cables, safety gear, and solar components Flag and assist with re-ordering when stock is low Ensure all job packs are complete and ready the day before install Maintain a safe and compliant workspace Support occasional operation/admin tasks as needed Requirements (Must-Haves) Minimum 1–2 years warehouse or logistics experience Current forklift licence (LF) Strong organisational skills & high attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Physically capable of lifting and handling solar equipment/stock Must be able to lift up to 50kg when handling solar equipment and stock Must be an Australian citizen Highly Desirable Experience in solar, electrical wholesaling, or electrical components Familiarity with solar components (rails, clamps, isolators, cables, inverters, batteries) Background in job packing or operations coordination Why Join Us We are a values-driven solar company with a strong no-nonsense culture focused on quality, consistency, and supporting each other.
