About the role Medecs Learning are looking for an Assistant Administration Training Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of a training system from scheduling and enrolment to completion. As well as coordinating tasks for our Administration Training Coordinators, Trainers, and Students. This position is being offered on a fixed term part-time basis or a casual basis . Either way, there is potential of future permanency. Hours and days of work are flexible and will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Excellent communication and people skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent priority management skills. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Experience of working in a busy workplace in an administration/customer service role desirable but not essential. Relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Business or Business Administration or above desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and confidence using digital data systems (i.e. CRM). National Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You.’ This can be undertaken when the person commences work. Valid and current drivers license.
