The Skills & Experience We Are Looking For: Minimum 2–3 years of TechnologyOne experience. Experience working with Finance, Property & Rating, and/or Asset Management modules. Experience developing ETLs, BPAs, and T-Scripts. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Requirements gathering and requirements documentation experience. Business process mapping and process improvement experience. Workshop facilitation and stakeholder discovery sessions. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and execution. Experience managing system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects would be highly regarded. Previous Local Government and TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded.
