Overview: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting the financial operations of the business and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards. Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with Australian taxation and regulatory requirements (BAS, GST, etc.). Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors. Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls. Provide financial insights to support business decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience. Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organisational ability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
