Job description ABOUT Comhwa Consumers of Mental Health WA is the Peak Body for Mental Health consumers in Western Australia. We are a consumer-led organisation that offers a strong, assertive and independent voice for social change that reflects the needs and priorities of those living with mental health issues. We are grounded in Peer philosophies of self-advocacy, equity, mutual rapport, self-empowerment, and self-direction. ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will be supported by an organisation made up of various subject-matter experts, including systemic advocacy, independent advocacy, peer workforce development, and sector representation and leadership. Your work will be informed by on-going Consumer and sector engagement, focus groups and needs analysis. You will guide and support the development of your team and ensure excellence in service delivery across both programs. This is a .8 - 1FTE role on a fixed term contract to 30th June 2027.
