An established and highly respected builder with over 40 years of successful operation is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team on a major residential apartment development in Canberra. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structural delivery phase of a large-scale apartment project, coordinating trades, driving programme and quality outcomes, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining site productivity, quality, and construction sequencing throughout the structure phase. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all structural trades and subcontractors Drive programme and productivity outcomes on site Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with HSEQ requirements Maintain high quality standards across all structural elements Coordinate day-to-day site activities with the project team Manage site logistics, sequencing, and planning Assist in resolving construction and coordination issues proactively Maintain strong communication with subcontractors and consultants About You Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial projects. Strong understanding of concrete structures and construction sequencing Ability to lead teams and maintain a strong team culture with all Project stakeholders Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to safety, quality, and programme delivery Stable employment history with reputable builders preferred 7. Ability to use computers and industry specific software packages.
