The Role As a Client Service Associate , you will be the backbone of our client operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for client administrative queries and work closely with our financial advisers to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing advice experience. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and building meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Act as a warm, professional first point of contact for clients; manage scheduling, handle administrative inquiries, and provide regular updates on implementation progress. Implementation & Administration: Prepare and lodge product applications (superannuation, investment platforms, insurance) and follow up with product providers to ensure timely processing. Adviser Support: Assist advisers with meeting preparation, collating client documentation, and maintaining up-to-date, compliant client records within our CRM (e.g., Xplan). Workflow Coordination: Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process and track workflow pipelines to ensure no detail slips through the cracks. Compliance: Ensure all administrative actions align with internal policies and strict industry regulatory standards. Skills & Experience Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience within an Australian financial planning or wealth management practice (highly regarded). Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with financial planning software (preferably Xplan ) and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional phone manner. Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines simultaneously.
