About You: Extensive experience in Business Development within mining, industrial, or safety-related sectors Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to structure and negotiate opportunities Technically confident, with the ability to engage in detailed discussions and translate complexity into clear value Ability to present to at conferences, corporate functions and all levels within an organisation Skilled at influencing decisions and building credibility with senior stakeholders Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief Self-driven, outcomes-focused, and comfortable operating autonomously Ability to travel a minimum of 1 week per month (Domestically and Internationally) The Role: Develop and execute strategic business development plans across key mining operations Proactively monitor and facilitate correct chamber maintenance procedures in line with OEM recommendations Secure new business opportunities within the Australian market Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders Engage in technical and commercial discussions Coordinate demonstrations, trials, and training initiatives to support customer decision-making Provide market and customer insights to inform ongoing product and service development Proactively monitor the 2nd hand market and identify refurbishment opportunities Achieve your sales budget in consultation with the Technical Assurance Manager and General Manager Process new sales leads, including preparing, sending and following up quotes Present MineARC’s capabilities at expos and trade shows The Company And finally, a little about us!
