About us Based Health Group was founded by two Occupational Therapists who believed allied health could be done a little differently - with high clinical standards, genuine team culture, and real care for the people we serve. We have grown carefully across NDIS, aged care, and community home care services throughout Perth, choosing the right people and building strong foundations. Our Dianella clinic hub is now open and reflects exactly who we are: a purpose-built space with clinic rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation gym for participants, clients, and staff, a proper team office with an outdoor area, easy on-site parking, and a coffee machine you will actually use. Staff have access to the gym during set hours. We are proud of the tight-knit team we have built - experienced, kind, and genuinely excellent at what they do. We share, we work together, and no one is left to figure things out on their own. About the role This is a graduate role for an Occupational Therapist who wants to start their career properly - with real support, real mentoring, and the time to build clinical confidence the right way. It is a hybrid role, and for the right person - someone driven and capable of managing their own caseload - there is genuine autonomy on offer, supported every step of the way. You will work across NDIS, aged care, and community home care, including Support at Home (SAH), carrying a developing caseload backed by close clinical supervision and a team that genuinely supports each other. We do not throw graduates in the deep end. You will grow into report writing, assessment, and clinical reasoning alongside experienced therapists who genuinely enjoy teaching, with fortnightly 1:1 supervision and fortnightly group PD sessions built into how we work. This role is built for growth - as your skills develop and the organisation expands, your caseload, responsibility, and opportunities will grow with you. We care as much about who you are as what you can do. The right person is kind, empathic, and treats every participant and teammate with genuine respect - clinical skill we will help you build, but character comes first. Full time and part time arrangements are both available.
