About the Role As the HR Support Officer, you will provide essential operational and administrative support across a broad range of HR functions. You'll work closely with supervisors, managers, and employees to coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, reporting, performance documentation, and employee lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration and provide advice and support to hiring managers Assist in delivering engaging onboarding and induction experiences for new employees Support probation processes and employee lifecycle activities Maintain accurate employee electronic records and HR documentation Prepare and manage HR reports to support workforce planning and organisational decision-making Coordinate exit interview processes and reporting Support performance achievement documentation and annual review processes Provide general administrative support to the HR team Contribute to a workplace culture aligned with safety, environmental, quality, and corporate values About You You are a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with strong organisational and communication skills.
