About the role Little Lunch Cafe is looking for a passionate Cafe Assistant/Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team in Wyong, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality specialty coffee drinks and simple tasty bites to delight our customers. What you'll be doing Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty lattes using ONA Coffee. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive cafe experience Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies and performing light cleaning duties Assisting with food preparation tasks Collaborating with the team to create and implement new menu items and cafe offerings What we're looking for Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to prepare high-quality specialty coffee drinks Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional cafe experience Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of the business What we offer At Little Lunch Cafe, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment.
