About this role Trainer and Assessor - Woodridge, Beenleigh, Mt Gravatt, Victoria Point Be part of the MAX Solutions RTO team, where we encourage, support and empower our students from all walks of life to succeed on their learning journey and beyond! You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) and/ or the AMEP program. Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training Be part of making a difference in our students lives by improving their skills, knowledge and confidence through effective training and assessment The opportunity: Use your experience to engage students, using your successful learning techniques and maintain a student-centred approach Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance and involvement Bring learning to life for students by using different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements About you: Australian Standard TESOL qualifications Flexibility to work at various sites Ability to work with a diverse range of participants Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment Have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area Qualifications: Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL OR An undergraduate degree with a post graduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a post graduate qualification in TESOL Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred ____ Next steps: If you have a passion for helping people improve their lives through knowledge and education, please click "apply" to find out more about the role.
