Our current international focus includes participation in the Wynn Al Marjan Island (WAMI) development in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — a landmark integrated resort project set to become one of the world’s premier hospitality and entertainment destinations. About the Role We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Key duties will include: Supporting Project Managers with project documentation, scheduling, reporting and project plans Coordinating administrative and financial processes including invoices, purchase orders and expense tracking Assisting with procurement activities and supplier coordination Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders regarding project requirements and deliverables Coordinating project resources, materials and equipment requirements Acting as a communication link between project teams, suppliers and stakeholders Monitoring project progress and preparing status updates and reports Organising meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking action items Supporting multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables Maintaining accurate project records and documentation in line with company procedures This position is ideally suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of a large-scale international construction project.
