This will be a full time position with availability on both weekend days a must. Salary range from $70,000 to $80,000 and will be offered based on experience. Successful candidates must show they have had relevant experience in the position. Responsibilities of the head chef position include but not limited to Producing top quality food and presentation with consistency Managing stock levels and ordering. Must to be able to communicate effectively with fellow chef colleague to co-ordinate the ordering from our multiple suppliers Have creative ideas and be able to implement and improve the menu on a consistent basis Must be motivated and proactive especially in having a clean kitchen Be able to work individually or as part of a small team Last but not least, we require our staff to have a personality.
