We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Salary: $76,000 – $82,000 per annum plus superannuation Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the supermarket to ensure efficient and profitable business performance. Determine product range, stock levels, merchandising displays and customer service standards to meet customer demand and business objectives. Develop and implement purchasing strategies, coordinate procurement activities with suppliers, establish pricing strategies and implement marketing initiatives to maximise sales and profitability. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, catalogue specials, seasonal offers, social media promotions and in-store advertising activities. Assist customers with product enquiries, provide information regarding products, resolve customer concerns and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the store. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, sales transactions, supplier purchases and other operational records. Prepare, monitor and manage store budgets, operating expenses and financial performance to achieve business targets. Recruit, train, roster, supervise and evaluate retail staff to ensure efficient store operations and high performance standards. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety standards, company policies and relevant regulatory obligations. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 1 years of relevant retail management experience in retail grocery Relevant qualification in business, management or related field. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Experience in inventory control and budgeting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
