You’ll support customers and field technicians to ensure equipment runs safely, accurately, and reliably troubleshooting faults and delivering clear technical advice via phone, manuals, and service bulletins. You’ll also create and maintain safety documentation and play a key role in organising and delivering training to build capability across our teams. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to workshops by troubleshooting automotive workshop equipment including diagnostic tools Identify and resolve problems related to associated hardware and software components Reduce vehicle downtime through fast, accurate, and competent problem-solving Deliver timely, effective, and individualized customer support Assist workshops in maintaining optimal system performance of their equipment Escalate complex technical issues where required and follow through to resolution Work close with manufacturers to ensure relationships and information is exchanged positively to benefit customer outcomes
