The Role Working across Blacktown , you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including: Neurological conditions Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Psychosocial disability This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll: Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans Build long-term relationships and see real progress Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team Our Graduate Program We believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support.
