A high-performing, premium café in Castle Hill is seeking an experienced Venue Manager . Operating 7 days per week, we have built strong systems, developed a highly capable barista team, established a solid kitchen operation, and created a loyal customer base. As ownership transitions into its next phase of growth, we are seeking a true operator to take full ownership of the venue and continue elevating performance to the highest standard. This is not a shift manager role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner — proactive, accountable, and committed to maintaining excellence across every aspect of the business. The Role This is a full-time leadership role, with full accountability for the venue’s performance across the entire week, including weekends. You will be responsible for: Driving operational performance, culture, and standards Identifying improvements before issues arise Making confident decisions under pressure Leading from the front and supporting the team on the floor Executing established systems and operational frameworks with discipline This venue already performs well; your role is to take it to the next level.
