With a strong focus on safety, quality, and innovation, they are seeking reliable and motivated team members to join their production operations at their facility. What you will be doing As a Mill Production Operator you will be responsible for the below duties: Operating intake systems and press equipment Unloading and loading grain trucks using Forklift Monitoring Feed Safe critical control points with attention to detail Performing accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting Participating in stocktakes and production data entry Ensuring plant and equipment are maintained in safe working order Working Monday to Friday (7:00am 3:30pm), with occasional weekend overtime What you will need To be successful in this role you will need to have the below: Current Drivers Licence Forklift Ticket Sound understanding of OH&S and environmental policies Basic computing skills, Strong communication skills and attention to detail Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential Whats in it for you Monday to Friday roster with consistent day/afternoon shifts Genuine opportunity for a permanent role after initial placement Supportive work environment focused on safety and quality APPLY NOW!
