Who We Are Looking For We are currently seeking a creative Marketing Specialist with a strong track record in international education, cross-cultural brand communications, and government-business collaboration. The ideal candidate holds at least bachelor’s degrees from the English-speaking countries and brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing regional market strategies, managing large-scale events, and building strategic partnerships across multiple markets (including Mainland China and Hong Kong). Experience in the international education sector—particularly with student marketing event, study tours, or EdTech—is highly valued. A data-driven, culturally agile mindset, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and proven success in driving business growth through integrated marketing campaigns are essential. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote student accommodation, NEAS-endorsed homestay programs, and study tours across Australia and New Zealand, targeting international students and their families. · Lead digital marketing efforts across key Australian platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (SEO/SEM), managing both paid and organic campaigns to drive brand awareness and student enquiries. · Build and maintain strong relationships with ELICOS providers, government agencies, and global education agents to support co-marketing initiatives, partner referrals, and student recruitment. · Plan and implement online and offline marketing events (webinars, education fairs, agent workshops, student welcome events) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. · Oversee content creation and social media operations, developing engaging, high-quality content for various channels while maintaining brand consistency. · Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the international education and student accommodation sectors, providing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, budget allocation, and marketing ROI. · Track and analyze marketing metrics using digital tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM, social media insights), continuously improving conversion rates and student acquisition costs. Skills & Experience · A bachelor’s and master’s degrees from English-speaking countries in marketing, Management, or a related field is highly desirable. · A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in international marketing, brand communications, and business development — with proven success in government-business relations, integrated digital marketing campaigns, partnership expansion, and driving business growth across cross-cultural markets. Candidates with 10 years of progressive experience across mainland China, Hong Kong, and other English-Speaking countries will be strongly preferred. · Strong track record in new media operations and content strategy, particularly on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and experience increasing brand exposure and lead conversion through creative content. · Experience in B2B partner marketing, working with education agents, government agencies, and service providers to execute co-branded campaigns and referral programs. · Solid analytical skills with knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing analytics tools, and the ability to use data to optimize marketing strategies. · Exceptional cross-cultural communication and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-regional teams and external partners across different time zones and cultural contexts.
