The Opportunity FRRR is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of the Future Drought Fund’s Communities Program. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating grants and supporting community organisations delivering drought preparedness activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment and enjoys working with purpose-driven programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day program activities and timelines Support end-to-end grant processes, including assessment and payments Manage program data and contribute to reporting insights Act as a point of contact for funded organisations Support grantees with resources, communication, and access to program support Work closely with internal teams, including Grants Support Maintain accurate records across multiple systems About You You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities. You bring a practical approach and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver outcomes.
