We are currently seeking a part‑time Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Rockingham, working 16 hours per week across two 8 hour shifts. This is a 14 month fixed term contract opportunity until August 2027, with the potential for ongoing employment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including preparing job advertisements, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a smooth and positive start, including preparing documentation, collecting required paperwork, and assisting with induction processes. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, documentation, and data within HR systems, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, assist with HR projects, and respond to general HR queries. Provide basic advice and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employment-related questions. Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion. Assist with employee relations matters such as documenting grievances, supporting investigations, arranging meetings, and maintaining related records. Support offboarding activities including preparing exit documentation and updating HR systems. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and undertake additional duties as required to support the overall HR function. About You Demonstrated ability and commitment to working independently or as part of a team. Good communications skills, both written and verbal. Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, problem analysis and resolution. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Experience in the use of Microsoft 365 applications and databases. Requirements: Certificate IV in Human Resources or experience working in Human Resources. NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain) WA Drivers Licence National Police Clearance (obtained within last 6 months) Desirable: Experience with Elmo or Asalty. Experience in the Disability Sector. Understanding of the SCHADS Award.
