About the role As a Formwork Carpenter at Link-Force Au', you will be responsible for the skilled installation of concrete formwork on various construction sites in and around Perth. This is a casual position, with full time hours & ongoing work. You will be an integral part of the construction team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects. What you'll be doing Interpreting and following detailed construction plans and blueprints Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden formwork components with precision Safely erecting and bracing formwork structures to industry standards Maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition Collaborating with the wider construction team to address any issues or challenges that arise Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on site Ongoing consistent work $60 - $65 per hour plus Super Full time hours - minimum 40-50 hours per week What we're looking for Formal qualification in Carpentry or a related trade Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter, preferably in the construction industry Excellent understanding of formwork design, installation, and safety practices Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precise measurements Good physical fitness and the stamina to perform manual labour tasks Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment What we offer At Link-Force Au', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
