Geelong-based Join a leading residential builder with long term career growth Great earning potential supporting high-performing Sales Consultant Full-time hours | Saturday - Wednesday The Client: Join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and maintaining a supportive, fast-pcased and collaborative team culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to provide vital administrative and client support within their high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be required to work Saturday - Wednesday. The Role: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Sales Consultants and clients Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activity Prepare and issue contracs via DocuSign Manage and update CRM systems ensuring accurate lead and client records Assist in identifying and improving process efficiency across the sales function To be successful, you will need: Strong administrative and process-driven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the construction space Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client service Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and personality types Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded) What's in it for you?
