Talent Resourcer / HR & Administration Officer Location: Kaleen, Canberra (on-site) $30-$35 an hour Casual to permanent opportunity About the Opportunity Onpoint 365 is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Resourcer to join our growing team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in recruitment, HR, or professional services, with hands-on exposure to government and corporate recruitment projects. You'll work closely with our consultants to support end-to-end recruitment activities, talent sourcing, and candidate engagement, while also providing general HR and administrative support. This role offers excellent exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and the opportunity to learn directly from senior industry leaders, including former government executives. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment campaigns by sourcing and shortlisting candidates via job boards, databases, and networks Assist with candidate screening, communications, and interview coordination Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in our CRM Prepare candidate summaries, reports, and compliance documentation for government clients Support scribing and transcription projects by organising notes, records, and documentation Provide general HR and administrative support across the Onpoint 365 team About You You're proactive, organised, and interested in building a career as a Talent Resourcer or Recruiter. You enjoy working with people, supporting teams, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
