About the role We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven People & Culture Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of P&C operations. Supporting the full employee lifecycle, keeping systems and processes running smoothly, and delivering a seamless experience for employees and leaders. Responsibilities Providing end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) Managing HRIS (Workday) updates and maintaining accurate employee records Preparing employment documentation including contracts, variations, and confirmations Coordinating new starter setup across payroll, IT, and security Monitoring shared inboxes and ticketing systems, triaging and allocating requests Supporting P&C projects, reporting, and process improvements Maintaining trackers, reports, and employee data with a high level of accuracy Assisting with audits, compliance activities, and policy updates Supporting employee engagement initiatives, events and training coordination Skills and experience Experience in a similar P&C / HR admin or coordination role Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, analysis) Experience using HRIS systems (Workday highly regarded) Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business A proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to learn Culture and benefits Work in a supportive, collaborative People & Culture team State of the art facilities located 20 minutes north of the CBD Gain exposure across a broad range of HR processes and projects Opportunity to build your career in a complex, fast-moving environment Attractive remuneration and benefits package Apply today with a short cover letter and CV or call Bec Ramsden on 0405 503 332 for a confidential discussion
