As a Educator you’ll work with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives. About The Role · Your role will involve collaborating with children about their interests and supporting them by creating a stimulating environment. · Supporting the physical needs of children · You will assist in the observation and evaluation of the children’s development, creating an environment which ensures trust and security and provides flexible routines and smooth transitions. About You: · Experience in a similar role · A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care · Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework · Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standards · Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid qualification · Sound understanding of the development of children, their health, hygiene and nutritional needs.
