Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Retail / Workshop Representative to join our Townsville team. About the Role This is a varied and fast-paced position combining customer service, retail sales, administration and workshop support. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Townsville branch, assisting customers both in person and over the phone while supporting workshop activities and showroom presentation. The role also involves promoting security products and services, coordinating workshop workflow, key cutting, stock control and maintaining accurate customer and job records. Key Responsibilities · Deliver outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone · Maintain a professional and welcoming retail showroom · Promote and sell mechanical, automotive and electronic security products and services · Build strong customer relationships and provide product guidance · Perform accurate key cutting and understand customer job requirements · Process customer enquiries, quotes, invoices and POS transactions · Enter and manage customer data and jobs within the job management system · Assist with workshop scheduling and workflow coordination · Manage stock ordering, stock control and supplier relationships · Maintain merchandising and product displays · Complete daily POS and system reconciliations About You To be successful in this role, you will have: · A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude · Previous experience in retail, customer service or administration · Excellent communication skills · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Sound cash handling and reconciliation experience · Good time management and multitasking abilities · Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office · The ability to work independently and take initiative · Problem-solving skills and a positive approach to learning · Experience with job management systems (advantageous) · An understanding of workplace health and safety practices Why Join Ruswin?
