About the Role · Build rapport and positive relationships with patients · Work closely with our team of dentists and provide support in patient consultations. · Maintain high attention to detail when using patient management systems · Use excellent customer service skills to make patients feel welcome · Draw up quotes based on the treatment recommendations and confidently discuss with patients. · Respond to any enquiries and financial queries in a clear, professional manner. · Assist with tasks including photography of teeth and building patient files. · Assist patient with organising payment options and finances.
