We'll design the roster around the right candidate as we are solid believers that having great Bolt folk onboard is the secret sauce to running a great business. So, if you would prefer flexibility around your family or other life commitments, or you like the idea of occasional trips away, or maybe a blend of both, we have got you covered. Home & Community Days – mentor a range of participants in daily living skills, social connection and NDIS goal kicking. True Life Balance – our roster cycles mean concentrated days of work followed by genuine downtime so you're refreshed for what's next. Rock-Solid Documentation – we'll train you to capture the stories that show impact (and keep us audit-ready). STR Blocks (Optional) – live on-site (accommodation and meals on us) for 2–7 days, facilitating skills based experiences, day trips, cooking healthy and delicious emails, and late-night debriefs.
