Job Overview: This role is responsible for managing spare parts sales and supply chain operations for key accounts and mining sector clients in Australia. The position entails coordinating with international partners, handling local procurement processes, and supporting XCMG in pricing strategy development. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical familiarity with heavy machinery components, demonstrate excellent client and stakeholder coordination skills, and contribute effectively to the growth and efficiency of the spare parts business in the region. Duties and Responsibilities: Address spare parts requirements for mining clients in Australia, including XCMG components and other parts. Handle local spare parts procurement, quotation requests, and order processing. Assist XCMG in developing and planning spare parts pricing strategies for the Australian market. Cooperate with whole machine sales to identify the technical status of Chinese supplied parts for mining customers. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in spare parts sales, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the mining or heavy machinery industry. Demonstrated experience in client management and cross-border business coordination. 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP). Strong knowledge of mechanical parts and familiarity with XCMG products or similar heavy machinery components. Intermediate level knowledge of mechanical parts and heavy machinery components is essential for this role. Language & Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for coordination with XCMG. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 4. Additional Competencies: Ability to analyze market trends and support pricing strategy development. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this position.
