We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production & Fabrication Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves the manufacturing and assembly of custom 3D signage, including painting, fabrication, LED wiring, and final assembly. If you have experience in spray painting, signage production, or general fabrication and enjoy working alongside a great team, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Preparation and finishing of signage components 2Pac spray painting and general paint work Assembly of 3D letters and illuminated signage LED wiring and installation within signage products General fabrication and workshop duties Quality control and final product inspection Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Assisting with packing and dispatch when required Skills & Experience Experience with 2Pac painting or industrial spray painting Knowledge of signage fabrication or similar manufacturing work preferred Basic understanding of LED wiring and electrical assembly Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude Desirable (but not essential) Experience in the signage industry Forklift licence Electrical knowledge or low-voltage wiring experience What We Offer Full-time stable employment Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of production Modern workshop and equipment Competitive pay based on experience To apply, please send your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience.
