An Amazing, Supportive Team Environment The Role We are seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer 3 years PAE/ Associate to join our growing team in a supervisory capacity. You will play a key role in managing a broad range of wills and estates matters, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer who enjoys client interaction, building relationships, and delivering practical advice in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position , primarily office-based, with work-from-home flexibility available following successful completion of probation. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a diverse range of Wills & Estates matters. Working as part of the Estates team and working collaboratively within a team environment. Take client instructions and provide tailored legal advice in a client-facing role. Prepare and advise on wills, powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts. Supervise and mentor junior support staff. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Contribute to business development initiatives and support the ongoing growth of the firm. About You Admission as a solicitor in Australia with substantial experience in Wills & Estates. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in: Testamentary trusts Probate applications Client-facing matters and taking instructions Estate administration (desired) Family Provision Claims (desired) Strong leadership skills and experience supervising or mentoring staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. Ability to effectively prioritise and manage workflow to meet deadlines and balance competing demands Compassionate and professional approach to client care.
