Motel Molly is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel or Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations and contribute to the continued success of our business. Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Directing and overseeing reservations, front desk, guest reception, housekeeping, and accommodation services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Supervising staff performance, guest services, property presentation, and maintenance coordination to maintain high operational standards Monitoring security arrangements and ensuring the facilities and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard Managing guest satisfaction by responding to feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences Overseeing operational budgets, purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, hospitality standards, and relevant laws and regulations Coordinating occupancy levels, room availability, and booking systems to maximise operational efficiency Providing guests with local tourism information and assisting with recommendations for transport, tours, and local attractions Supporting business growth through service improvements and maintaining high hospitality standards Managing financial performance, reporting, budgets, and operational planning. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant Diploma qualification At least 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel or motel management. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience using booking or property management systems is highly regarded Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $80,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
